We recommend that you place your first order 7 days before you need it, to allow for processing and shipping. If the product is a special order, add 1-2 days to that.

While most items are available on our online store, some products such as compounded medications, uncommon medications or items that require a different ordering platform are not. Head to our contact page and we will get in touch with you to facilitate the ordering process. 

Controlled substances and refrigerated items are not available for shipping at this time. If your item is to be picked up at the pharmacy window, we will message you when it is ready. Your order will be ready when you arrive and your invoice will be in the bag.

Yes! We will automatically add paw prints with each order.

This means that this item is not stocked in our office and we will order from our distributor. We receive orders daily and will ship your order to you once the item is in stock.

No! Our online store orders are fulfilled by our pharmacy team at our office. Your pet’s medications, etc. will be put into their chart and reviewed by their healthcare team.

Yes! Select pick up at pharmacy window as your shipping method. We will message you when your order is ready and have your invoice with your order. You can drive through the pharmacy window or come into the office to pick up.

Yes! We will apply instant rebates to eligible products and will send manufacturer rebates with your order.

We offer pricing discounts on larger quantities of medications and preventions. We have changed some of these quantities to align with autoship frequencies of our online store. The pricing per tablet will be the same as previous discount quantities unless the medication has had a price increase.
